Couples regularly ask me “What do we do when it rains?” and without pause I always answer a little tongue in cheek “Bring an umbrella”
There is little we can do about rain on a wedding day, but if you as a couple realise this and embrace the other possibilities, THAT is when we get amazing images like the ones at Paul and Lynette’s wedding. They were loving every moment together regardless of the downpour. Remembering WHY you are getting married is more important than a little (much needed) rain on a wedding day!
This wedding day was just fun and laughter from the get go…Had a great time with this couple
Jacques and Skyla-Joy’s classic wedding, with a hint of Star Wars at Oakfield Farm…
Excited to share the beautiful wedding of Hulisani and Pfano…
This year I had the privilege to photograph two Vow Renewal Celebrations of couples that have been married for 10 years. What a beautiful celebration to be a part of! With family, friends and children sharing in this momentous occasion! Congratulations Riccardo and Vee, may you share MANY more years!
Purity just radiated….you could see on her face that this was the happiest day of her life! Beautiful… Congratulations guys!
Michael and Melissa reside in the UK, but wanted to celebrate with their South African family and friends and decided to do so at the incredible Palace of the Lost City. What a beautiful intimate celebration!
This was a wedding filled with laughs, jokes, true friendships and a love that you could feel runs deep. Enjoyed every minute spent with this couple and their friends and family!
Jan & Cathrina’s wedding at Oakfield Farm, with the bright yellow and blue was truly whimsical.
It is still such a privilege to share in a couple’s wedding day, even as a relative stranger, and see the love between them still, even after 10 years of dating…and hearing the speeches at the reception and getting to know them so much better. Congratulation Luke and Julia…yours is definitely a forever love #ljlovestory
